RETURN YOUR BEER.co.uk - The BBPA Approved Credit claims website Asahi UK
Due to the wide scale re-opening of the UK On-Trade there will soon be changes to the Return Your Beer (RYB) website. This message will shortly also appear on the RYB website itself. A number of other brewers are adopting this same date for final NEW CLAIMS. Customers with Claims made before August 31st will continue to be able to view and manage their claims until September 30th. All RYB Claims for our beers must have been COMPLETED in full by all customers before September 30th. Failure to complete claims by September 30th will mean the claim will not qualify for Credit.
From September 1st we will return to the ullage and credit processes that applied before the Covid-19 lockdown.
• The RYB website will NOT accept NEW CLAIMS for any Asahi or Fullers beers after August 31st.
• All customer claims on the RYB website must have been COMPLETED before September 30th.
This has been an extremely difficult time for all of us in the licensed trade and as such whilst we have to be excited about the opportunity for the business to restart, we have to be mindful of the ongoing need to keep our staff and customers safe. Below is a copy of the governments guidelines to the industry, in terms of keeping workers and customers safe.
Our service will be the same as before, but we advise in these early days to get your orders in as soon as possible and wherever you can in advance of when you need it, so that we can ensure you have the required level of stock. Some suppliers have yet to confirm that they are back to work and also some of the brewers have made decisions on certain brands that they are not yet committed to producing fresh stock.
As a reminder, it is imperative that you prepare your cellar for your planned return with your lines cleaned sufficiently, should you have any issues with the equipment on site please contact the relevant technical services team.
Also read the details on this website about keg and cask products that have gone out of date throughout this pandemic and register on the website “Returnyourbeer” to report them to the brand owner. Please ensure that you follow all of the instructions on this site and do not dispose of any beer or cider unless instructed to do so by the brand owner, ensuring that you comply in full with the method of disposal and any relevant instruction in relation to this.
We look forward to welcoming you back as a valuable customer of Primo Drinks as soon as is safe and viable for you to return to business.
